The largest completed project is the 36 000 m² BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir and Cultural Complex in North Riding, carried at R648 million. Alongside that sits factory, warehouse and heavy industrial work, and an 80 m tunnel driven beneath a factory that never stopped producing.
