Production facilities, factory expansions and structures built to plant specification, including work carried out around live operations.
A factory is built around a process, not the other way around. Floor loadings, wash down, cold rooms, extraction, power and the route product takes through the building all shape the structure, so we work off the client's process layout from the start.
Heavy industrial work is judged on two things: whether the structure takes the loads and the environment it sits in, and whether the contractor can build it without shutting the operation down. We build to plant specification and sequence around shutdowns, permits and live process areas.
The Pride Pak factory at 14 000 m² in Theta and the Lil Masters Dippers factory at 13 500 m² are the larger examples. The 80 m Germiston tunnel, driven for waste removal beneath a factory that never stopped producing, and a boiler house in Eswatini are the measure of what we take on when the site is constrained.

Production buildings designed and built around the process that goes inside them.
